一、师资队伍的培训是实施新课程的根本师资队伍的培训,有两个途径:1.在职教师的继续教育。市教育局教研室在高一级开设“高中物理新大纲新教材培训”课程,共30学时。其主要内容有:主要学习课程改革的相关文件,包括:教育部颁发的大纲,部领导、专家的讲话;省教育厅领导的讲话,省教育厅的文件,市教育局的文件和材料。介绍教育部培训计划的内容,教育厅培训计划的内容,以及各地的经验。组织教师交流实施新教程的体会、听课和观摩。
