本文认为 ,我国农业事业单位应适应农村经济阶段性变化的要求 ,进行战略性调整。作者在文中着重阐述了农业事业单位进行战略性调整的总体思路 ,以及调整的重点问题和配套措施。
This paper argues that China’s agricultural institutions should adapt to the requirements of the periodical changes in the rural economy and make strategic adjustments. The author focuses on the general idea of strategic adjustment of agricultural institutions, as well as the adjustment of key issues and supporting measures.
