目的:研究旱生卷柏(Selaginella stautoniana)的化学成分。方法:利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,硅胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了17个化合物的结构:3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(1),对羟基苯甲酸(2),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(3),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸(4),2-甲氧基-1,4-苯二酚(3),对羟基苯二酚(6),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸(7),氢化阿魏酸(8),氢化咖啡酸(9),对羟基苯乙醇(10),伞形花内酯(11),5,7,4′-三羟基-6,8-二-C-葡萄糖芹黄素苷(12),2,3-去氢阿曼托双黄酮(13),去甲银杏双黄酮(14),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(15),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(16),阿曼托双黄酮(17)。结论:化合物1~16均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Selaginella stautoniana. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography with Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and silica gel column. The structures were elucidated on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results: The structures of 17 compounds were isolated and identified: 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid (1), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol (4), 2-methoxy-1,4-benzenediol (3), p -hydroquinone (6), 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzene (7), hydrogenated ferulic acid (8), caffeic acid (9), p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (10), umbelliferone (11), 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-6,8 (12), 2,3-dehydro Armando biflavone (13), norfloxacin biflavone (14), quercetin-3-O-α-L- Ligandin (15), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (16), and Armando biflavone (17). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 16 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
