随着城市化进程的加快,城市面貌日新月异,各项事业全面发展,社区精神文明建设也面临着一些新情况。就东胜现阶段而言,随着城市空间的拉大,城市化进程的加快,东胜区的经济发展和城市基础设施建设都达到了一个新的水平。相对而言市民的文明素质与高速发展的经济不相适应。针对新情况,街道、社区应研究新问题,采取新对策,为社区居民提供一个环境优美、治安良好、生活便利、服务周全、人际关系和谐的生活环境,提高城市建设、管理和服务水平。
With the acceleration of the process of urbanization, the appearance of the city is changing with each passing day, all kinds of undertakings are developing in an all-round way and some new situations are also facing the construction of spiritual civilization in the community. As far as the current stage of Dongsheng is concerned, with the expansion of urban space and the acceleration of urbanization, the economic development and urban infrastructure construction of Dongsheng District have reached a new level. Relatively speaking, the civilized quality of the people is not compatible with the rapid economic development. In response to new situations, streets and communities should study new issues and adopt new countermeasures so as to provide community residents with a beautiful environment, good law and order, convenient living, well-service and harmonious interpersonal relationships and improve the urban construction, management and service level.
