Soil and Water Conservation Work Meeting of Henan Province was held in Linxian from February 26 to March 1. Attending the meeting were heads of provincial, prefectural, municipal and county water conservancy departments, comrades directly under provincial units and publicity departments, and Huaiwei, Yellow and Venezuelan Committee members also attended the meeting, for a total of 108 people.
