比较研究缺血预处理组( P C1 , P C2 , P C3) ,缺血再灌注组( I/ R) 和对照组( Ctrl) 家兔血液中超氧化物歧化酶( S O D) 、肌酐( Cr) 及肾脏超微结构的改变。结果显示在急性缺血60 min 再灌注60 min 时, I/ R 组血中 S O D 和 Cr 浓度明显高于 P C 各组及对照组( P < 0 .01) , P C 组中仅发现 P C2 与对照组血液中 Cr 无明显差别( P > 0 .05) ; I/ R 组肾细胞发生明显变性坏死,而 P C 各组与对照组未见明显改变,提示 P C 处理在肾脏缺血和再灌流过程中对肾脏有保护作用。
