该文报道系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者红细胞免疫各项指标检测结果。SLE患者红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率(12.23±5.99％)低于正常人(17.40±6.50％),P<0.01;而血清对红细胞C_(3b)受体花环抑制率(55.70±38.30％)高于正常人(21.40±12.30％),P<0.01,SLE高滴度CIC阳性组红细胞受体花环率明显低了SLE低滴度CIC阳性组值,而SLE高滴度组红细胞免疫复合物花环率明显高于SLE低滴度CIC阳性组(P<0.05)。文内对SLE患者红细胞免疫粘附功能的变化机理与临床意义进行了讨论,认为SLE患者红细胞免疫功能下
