报道了18例正常人、118例冠心病(CHD)患者的(99m)TC-MIBI心肌显像结果,心肌断层靶心图显示诊断CHD的灵敏度达90.7%,门控心肌图像观察结合左室心肌收缩分数(LVCF)分析其诊断灵敏度为83.3%;二者特异性相似.探讨了密度法计算LVCF的方法,并与心血池显像的左室射血分数(LVEF)做了相关分析,结果表明:应用密度法计算LVCF重复性好,与左室LVEF具有良好相关,相关系数为0.86,并能通过回归公式预测。52例受检者门控心肌显像所观察到的左室室壁运动结果与心血池显像有良好的一致.
(99m) TC-MIBI myocardial imaging findings of 18 normal subjects and 118 CHD patients were reported. The myocardial infarction-targeted cardiac imaging showed a sensitivity of 90.7% for diagnosis of CHD. The gated myocardium combined with left ventricular Myocardial systolic (LVCF) analysis of the diagnostic sensitivity of 83.3%; both similar. The method of calculating LVCF by density method was discussed and correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of cardiovascular pool imaging. The results showed that LVCF was calculated by density method and had good correlation with left ventricular LVEF The coefficient is 0.86 and can be predicted by the regression formula. The results of left ventricular wall motion observed by gated myocardial imaging in 52 subjects were in good agreement with those of the blood pool.
