原发于淋巴结外特殊临床表现的恶性淋巴瘤，以非何杰金淋巴瘤为主。由于其多中心来源和倾向于侵犯结外组织，临床无特征性表现，活检前的误诊率约幻、5％，活检后仍有5％误诊。现报告少见的结外淋巴瘤1例，以提高对结外淋巴瘤的认识。患者女性，34岁。因颈部肿块3月收人本院。
The primary malignant lymphoma originating outside the lymph nodes was non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Because of its multi-centered origin and tendency to invade extranodal tissues, there is no characteristic clinical manifestation. The misdiagnosis rate before biopsy is about 5%, and 5% is misdiagnosed after biopsy. One rare case of extranodal lymphoma is reported to raise awareness of extranodal lymphoma. Female patient, 34 years old. The neck mass was admitted to this hospital in March.
