[目的 ]比较两种ELISA方法检测血吸虫病患者血清中的循环抗原的效果。 [方法 ]以单克隆抗体为基础的斑点 ELISA和夹心 ELISA。 [结果和结论 ]斑点 ELISA与夹心 ELISA的阳性检出率分别为 48 0 %～ 98 8%和 12 0 %～ 93 8%。两法的特异性依次为 95 4%～ 10 0 %及 90 %。
[Objective] To compare the effect of two ELISA methods on detecting circulating antigens in serum of schistosomiasis patients. [Method] Dot blot ELISA and sandwich ELISA based on monoclonal antibody. [Results and Conclusions] The positive detection rates of dot ELISA and sandwich ELISA were 48 0% -98 8% and 120% -93 8%, respectively. The specificity of the two methods were 95 4% ~ 100% and 90%.
