近些年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,我国人们对于我国社会服务的要求越来越高。因此,为了提升我国社会的服务水平,我国增设了很多事业单位。据有效数字显示,我国事业单位的数量在过去的五年里,增长了近一倍。这个涨幅不可谓不多。但是,事业单位数量的增多,却为取得很好的效果。我国人们对于社会的服务水平仍旧不是很满意。造成这种现象的主要原因就是我国事业单位政工人员的素质不够,不能很好的吸收党组织的中心思想。本研究将具体分析一下事业单位政工人员的素质和能力培养这个问题。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country, people in our country have become increasingly demanding of social services in our country. Therefore, in order to enhance the service level of our society, many new institutions have been established in our country. According to the available figures, the number of public institutions in our country has nearly doubled in the past five years. This increase can not be small. However, the increase in the number of institutions has achieved very good results. Our people are still not very satisfied with the level of social services. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the quality of the political workers in public institutions in our country is not enough and the central idea of the party organizations can not be well absorbed. This study will analyze in detail the quality and ability of politicians in public institutions to raise this issue.
