患者女,31岁,已婚,住院号5241。因头昏乏力半年,左腹发现包块并感胀痛20天,于85年9月16日住院。体检:T37.5℃,贫血貌,双下肢皮肤散在瘀斑,左颈部及两侧腹股沟区可触及数个黄豆大小之淋巴结。肝肋下可触及边缘,脾脏明显肿大至脐下8cm。实验室检查:血红蛋白6g,红细胞210万,白细胞56.1万,并见到幼稚细胞。骨髓象:有核细胞增生极度活跃,原、早粒共占7％,中、晚、杆粒比例均
