编辑同志: 人工流产手术不能直视宫腔,操作带有一定盲目性,特别对较大月份妊娠者手术更感困难,我们对妊娠3月以上者采用不钳夹宫颈的方式施行人工流产共46例(初孕妇2例,经产妇44例),均未发生损伤、出血等意外。操作方法: 1.术前准备、消毒、显露宫颈各步与一般人工流产术同,但为使患者腹部肌肉松弛,摆体位时,患者臀部宜超出手术床缘5—10厘米,头部抬高15—20度,双腿宜尽量曲屈、外展。另外,术前须将子宫矫为前位。
