我科于1991年1月～1992年10月,经纤支镜灌洗并局部注药治疗8例肺部感染,疗效较满意,报告如下: 8例中女性6例,男性2例。年龄21岁～30岁3例,31岁～40岁2例,41岁～50岁1例,51岁～60岁1例,60岁以上1例。平均38岁;支气管炎3例,肺脓疡1例,支气管扩张2例,右下肺炎2例。全部病例无明显发热,白血球最高12×10~3/L,中性粒细胞85～90%,痰细菌学培养均未见抗酸杆菌,曾用抗生素治疗无明显疗效。

No fever in all cases, the highest 12 × 10 ~ 3 / L in white blood cells, 85 ~ 90% of neutrophils, sputum bacteriological culture showed no acid-fast bacilli, antibiotic therapy had no significant effect.
