H2—060型经济型数控车床该机床是L—7型普通车床的变型产品,配置FANUC—1TA数控系统,对各种盘类、轴类零件能够完成内外圆柱面、圆锥面、圆弧面、螺纹等工序的切削加工,并能进行切槽、钻、扩、铰孔等工作,本机床加工效率高,精度稳定性好,适应性强、操作劳动强度低、适用于多品种、小批量生产。机床导轨经高频感应淬硬,床鞍采用贴塑导轨。床头箱内齿轮经淬硬后均经精密加工,故噪声低。主轴转速25～1600r/min,纵横运动分别由FANUC10M和5M直流伺服电机经滚珠丝杆副驱动,快速可达6m/min。刀架采用精密多齿盘定位,具有较高的定位精
