利用研制的微生物固废处理实验装置,研究了两种微生物复合菌剂对麦秸猪粪堆肥腐熟度的影响。期间取样监测物料p H值、电导率、E4/E6、挥发性有机固体含量(VS)及种子发芽指数。结果表明:两种菌剂均有较强的腐熟效果,没有显著区别,但菌剂A降解产物有机质含量高,可提供作物充足的营养养分,菌剂B可溶性盐含量降解能力强,可快速分解有机质。通过考虑作物栽培适宜基质综合分析,确定菌剂A为优势复合菌种。
The effects of the two microbial inoculants on the compost maturity of wheat straw pig manure composting were studied by using the developed experimental device of solid waste treatment of microorganisms. P H value, conductivity, E4 / E6, volatile organic solids content (VS) and seed germination index during the sampling period. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two fungicides, but there was no significant difference between the two fungicides. However, the organic matter content of the degradation products of fungicide A was high, which could provide sufficient nutrients for crops.
