人才培养模式是指在一定的教育思想、教育理念和学习理论指导下,为了实现特定的培养目标,在人才培养过程中各要素之间稳定的关系和活动进程的结构形式。人才培养模式改革是当前高职教育的核心和关键,是高职院校适应社会发展的必然要求。高职院校人才培养模式改革要坚持“以人为本,注重能力,强化素质,创新实践”的原则,坚持贴近市场、贴近实际、贴近就业的思路,在专业设置、课程设置、教材选择、教学计划等方面上结合时代和社会实际,培养适应社会需要的高素质、高技能型人才。
