目的:评价饮食管理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的临床意义。方法:对杭州市第一人民医院2015年1月~2016年1月间收治的86例妊娠期糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析,将86患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组43例患者施行常规妊娠期糖尿病教育和指导,观察组43例患者施行饮食管理干预,比较两组患者血糖控制情况和围生期母婴并发症发生情况。结果:施行饮食管理干预前,观察组和对照组患者在血糖水平上不存在显著差异(P>0.05),施行干预后,观察组患者血糖水平较对照组患者明显降低(P<0.05),围生期孕妇并发症情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇施行饮食管理干预有利于控制患者血糖水平,降低孕妇和胎儿并发症的发生,保障母婴安全。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical significance of dietary management intervention in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 86 gestational diabetes patients admitted to Hangzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016. 86 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and 43 patients in control group Conventional gestational diabetes education and guidance, observation group of 43 patients administered diet management interventions, blood glucose control and perinatal maternal and child complications were compared between the two groups. Results: Before the intervention of dietary management, there was no significant difference in the blood glucose level between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). After intervention, the blood sugar level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) Pregnancy complications during pregnancy were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of dietary management for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus helps to control the blood sugar level of pregnant women, reduce the incidence of complications of pregnant women and fetus, and ensure the safety of mother and infant.
