山西省普通高校体育教学中存在开设课程单一、教学内容流于形式、体育教师综合素质不高、教学内容和方式不合理以及体育教学设施不完善等问题。山西省普通高校必须从新《纲要》精神出发对体育教学改革目标进行正确定位,逐步改革课程设置的方式和内容,加强课外体育活动和课堂教学的有效链接,优化山西省普通高校的体育教学环境。
There are such problems as the single curriculum, the teaching content, the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers, the unreasonable teaching content and the way of teaching and the imperfection of physical education facilities in the PE teaching of ordinary colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. The common colleges and universities in Shanxi Province must correctly set the goal of physical education teaching reform according to the spirit of the new “Outline”, and gradually reform the ways and contents of curriculum establishment, strengthen the effective links between extracurricular sports activities and classroom teaching, and optimize the physical education environment in ordinary colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.
