利用X-射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对A3钢及对耐候钢在辽宁省大气中暴露试样的腐蚀形貌、特征及腐蚀产物的结构进行分析,结果表明,A3钢及耐候钢腐蚀产物中主相为γ-FeOOH,次相为α-FeOOH和Fe3O4,随着暴露时间延长,α-FeOOH含量增多;耐候钢中外状晶体α-FeOOH多于A3钢.同时,对部分地点试样表面腐蚀产物清洗液的原子吸收光谱分析表明,锈层产物完全可以反映暴露地点耐大气污染状况.
X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the corrosion morphology, characteristics and corrosion products of the A3 steel and the weathering steel exposed to the atmosphere in Liaoning Province. The results show that the main corrosion products of A3 steel and weathering steel Phase is γ-FeOOH, the secondary phase is α-FeOOH and Fe3O4, α-FeOOH content increases with the extension of exposure time; the α-FeOOH crystals in the weathering steel are more than the A3 steel. At the same time, atomic absorption spectroscopy analysis of the corrosion products on the surface of the samples shows that the products of the rust layer can fully reflect the atmospheric pollution resistance of the exposed sites.
