健康教育护理干预对急性胰腺炎患者康复的影响分析

目的该文就健康教育护理干预对急性胰腺炎患者康复的影响作用进行研究。方法选取该院在2015年1月—2017年1月期间收治的88例急性胰腺炎患者,按照入院顺序单双号分为实验组与参照组,每组44例患者。参照组患者在住院期间予以常规护理,实验组患者在住院期间予以健康教育护理干预,将两组患者的康复时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度进行比较。结果实验组患者的胃痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间、住院时间对比参照组更快更短,实验组患者的并发症发生率显著低于参照组,护理满意度对比参照组更高(P<0.05)。结论为急性胰腺炎患者实施健康教育护理干预对促进患者病情康复、减少并发症均有积极作用,还可提高该科的护理满意度,值得推广。 Objective To study the effect of health education nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 88 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the sequence of hospital admission, with 44 patients in each group. Patients in the reference group were routinely treated during hospitalization. Patients in the experimental group were given health education and nursing intervention during hospitalization. The recovery time, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of gastric pain, disappearance of abdominal distension and hospital stay in the experimental group were faster and shorter than those in the reference group. The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and nursing satisfaction was higher in the reference group (P <0.05) . Conclusion The intervention of health education and nursing intervention for patients with acute pancreatitis has a positive effect on promoting the recovery of patients’ condition and reducing the complication. It can also improve the nursing satisfaction of the department and is worth promoting.
