分析了隧道窑式废旧橡胶连续裂解装置传动轴端部原密封结构的失效原因,提出了一种适合实际工况的新型密封结构,并阐述了新型密封结构及其密封机理。结果表明,新型密封结构具有耐高温和轻磨损等优点,其使用寿命长,密封性能可靠,可有效解决当前废旧橡胶连续裂解装置传动轴端部与裂解腔体连接处裂解气体泄漏的问题。
The failure reason of the original seal structure at the end of transmission shaft of the waste kiln rubber continuous cracking device was analyzed. A new type of seal structure suitable for practical conditions was proposed. The new seal structure and its sealing mechanism were also discussed. The results show that the new sealing structure has the advantages of high temperature resistance and light abrasion, and has the advantages of long service life and reliable sealing performance, and can effectively solve the problem of the leakage of cracked gas at the junction of the transmission shaft end and the cracking chamber of the waste rubber continuous cracker.
