素质教育是以教师为主导以学生为主体,面向全体学生进行教育教学活动的一种新型教学模式。面向全体学生教学是指既要照顾到学习好接受新知识快的学生,又要考虑到学习较差,接受知识较慢的一部分学生,还要考虑到处于中等水平的学生,面向全体学生是素质教育的前提和最终目标。如何实施素质教育,也就是如何在教学中能面向全体学生进行教育教学活动,在笔者多年的教学工作中,结合自己在新的教育理论和教学模式影响下的感受总结出在中学生物
