患者男,34岁,半年来腰疼,乏力,浮肿,尿少。5年前患过“肾炎”。查体:血压110/70毫米汞柱,艰睑轻微浮肿,心肺(一),腹软,肝脾未扪及,下肢浮肿(+)。尿蛋白++++,镜下可见红白细胞,颗粒管型。血胆固醇270毫克％,血浆总蛋白4.85克％,PSP33毫克％,诊断为慢性肾炎。同位素肾图示:右侧无功能,左侧正常。腹部平片左侧肾脏轮廓清楚,右侧无肾脏影像。静脉肾盂造影左肾正常,右肾未显影。膀胱
Male patient, 34 years old, six months back pain, fatigue, edema, oliguria. 5 years ago had “nephritis.” Physical examination: blood pressure 110/70 mm Hg, slightly eyelid edema, heart and lung (a), abdominal soft, liver and spleen not palpable, lower extremity edema (+). Urine protein ++++, visible red and white cells, granular tube type. Blood cholesterol 270 mg%, total plasma protein 4.85 g%, PSP33 mg%, diagnosis of chronic nephritis. Isotope renal diagram: right without function, left normal. Abdominal plain left kidney clear outline, the right kidney without images. Intravenous renal pelvic left renal normal, right kidney undeveloped. bladder
