能源联系是中国与西亚国家关系的基本内容,国际能源市场的变化是观察双方关系的新视角。国际石油市场板块化和国际石油天然气市场去板块化已经并将继续对中国与西亚主要油气出口国家关系产生重大影响。国际能源市场正在发生的这两大结构性变化,意味着在核心利益上西亚国家与西方国家的疏远和与中国的接近,因而可以为中国与西亚主要石油输出国关系的发展注入正能量。这不仅使双方在能源安全面的战略性相互依赖更加紧密,而且会大大推动双方在经贸领域方面合作,并使中国在促进中东地区的和平与稳定方面发挥更大的作用。
Energy linkages are the basic content of the relations between China and West Asian countries. The changes in the international energy market are new perspectives for observing the relations between the two sides. The fragmentation of the international oil market and the international oil and gas market have been and will continue to have a significant impact on the relations between China and major oil and gas exporters in West Asia. These two major structural changes that are taking place in the international energy market mean the estrangement of West Asian countries from Western countries and the proximity to China in their core interests, thus injecting positive energy into the development of the relations between the major oil-exporting countries in West Asia and West Asia. This will not only make the two sides more strategic and interdependent on energy security, but will also greatly promote the cooperation between the two sides in the economic and trade fields and will make China play a greater role in promoting peace and stability in the Middle East.
