“NAMP”是南京电子器件研究所微波宽带低噪声放大器计算机辅助设计软件包的简称。该软件包的主要功能有: 微波宽带低噪声放大器的分析和优化; 一般线性二端口网络的分析和优化; 含有两态(或开、关态)元件电路的分析和优化。 该软件的特点是:①在电路拓扑的描述中,大胆地采用了电路拓扑的整体描述法,舍弃了一般传递矩阵法采用的电路元件逐个描述法,它也不同于通常的节点描述法。②在基本元件库中,引进了超级元件和两态元件。
“NAMP” is an abbreviation of Computer Aided Design Software Package of Microwave Broadband Low Noise Amplifier in Nanjing Institute of Electronic Devices. The software package’s main features include: microwave broadband low noise amplifier analysis and optimization; general linear two-port network analysis and optimization; contains two-state (or on and off) components of the circuit analysis and optimization. The characteristics of the software are as follows: ①In the description of the circuit topology, the overall description of the circuit topology is boldly adopted, and the circuit elements used in the general transfer matrix method are discarded one by one, which is different from the usual node description method. ② In the basic component library, the introduction of super-components and two-state components.
