Objective To investigate the single urine and renal function tests of elderly people in healthy physical examination and its clinical significance. Methods Retrospective analysis of 47 cases of elderly medical examination single urine and renal function tests clinical data, urinalysis and renal function test results were analyzed. Results There were 7 abnormal urine tests (14.9%), including 3 males (13.6%) and 4 females (16.0%). There was no significant difference between male and female (χ2 = 0.052, P> 0.05 ). Kidney function tests: (1) Serum creatinine (SCr) levels: The SCr level was (87.5 ± 19.1) μmol / L in 47 cases, the level of SCr was (92.4 ± 17.2) μmol / L in male and the level of SCr was (82.6 ± 17.5) μmol / L. There was no significant difference in SCr levels between men and women (t = 1.931, P> 0.05). (2) KEEP decreased in 3 cases, the detection rate was 6.4%, including 1 male (4.5%) and 2 female (8.0%). The detection rate of men and women, the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 0.234, P> 0.05). (3) NHANES Ⅲ standard decline: a total of 6 cases, the detection rate was 12.8%, including 3 males (13.6%) and 3 females (12.0%). The detection rate of men and women, the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 0.028, P> 0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of abnormal urinalysis and renal dysfunction in elderly people in healthy physical examination is high, especially in elderly medical examination, which can improve the early detection rate and early diagnosis rate of renal disease.
