目的探讨计算机X射线摄影(CR)图像伪影表现、产生的原因及消除或减少的方法,以提高CR照片质量。方法回顾性分析2011年1月~2011年6月,使用柯达GP Storage Phosphor Screen IP板读出装置,柯达锐珂6850干式激光相机,柯达CR激光片,柯达Classic高频X射线机系统的CR成像和照片伪影的表现特点及其原因。结果小点状和小片状高密度影6张(14%);横细条状密度增高影6张(14%);黑条状伪影10张(23);摄影条件过高产生的伪影10张(24%);后处理不当产生的伪影8张(11%);散射线所致伪影2张(4%)。结论为伪影是影响CR影像质量的最大因素,熟悉CR成像和照片中伪影的特点及其原因,有助于准确及时的采取措施,消除消除伪影,提高CR成像和照片质量。
Objective To explore the performance of computer X-ray (CR) image artifacts, the causes of the artifacts and ways to eliminate or reduce them to improve the quality of CR photographs. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed from January 2011 to June 2011 using Kodak GP Storage Phosphor Screen IP plate reader, Kodak Sharp 5800 dry laser camera, Kodak CR laser, Kodak Classic high-frequency X-ray machine CR Characteristics of Imaging and Photographic Artifacts and Their Causes. Results Six (14%) of the small dots and small patches of high density, six (14%) of the thin strips of density increased, 10 (23) black bars and high artifacts 10 (24%); artifacts produced improper post-processing of 8 (11%); scattering artifacts caused by 2 (4%). The conclusion is that artifacts are the most important factors affecting the quality of CR images. Being familiar with the characteristics and causes of artifacts in CR imaging and photos helps to take accurate and timely measures to eliminate artifacts and improve CR imaging and photo quality.
