目的建立擦癣药水中斑蝥素的含量测定方法。方法样品以固相萃取(SPE)方式进行提取,毛细管气相色谱法测定主药斑蝥中斑蝥素的含量,采用DB-1701毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),载气为氮气(99.9%);程序升温:初始温度110℃,保持1 min,以5℃.min-1的速率升至200℃,保持10 min,进样口温度:200℃,检测器温度:250℃。结果斑蝥素进样量在0.08~0.50μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率为93.53%(RSD 1.7%,n=6),最低检测限为20 ng(S/N=3∶1)。结论本方法简便、专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于擦癣药水的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of cantharidin in rubbish syrup. Methods The samples were extracted by solid phase extraction (SPE). The content of cantharidin in the main drug cantharidin was determined by capillary gas chromatography.
