工程建设项目,技术管理和施工现场管理是非常重要的。随着越来越多的关注施工质量和功能,建筑施工企业不应只重视成本,更应高度重视实际质量,采用先进的技术和高素质的管理人员、做好施工工程技术管理和加强施工现场管理,笔者凭多年的实际经验,提出了几方面工程现场管理的问题,再针对性对现场管理水平提高作出相关策略建议,以期提高整体施工企业管理水平降低成本,提高企业的经济效益。
