国家开发银行党委高度重视机关党建工作,明确提出了“抓好党建,办好银行,支持发展”的办行指导思想。直属机关党委根据行党委有关指示精神,从2003年开始,紧贴机关员工思想实际,依托基层党支部,引入外智,在总行机关开展了员工心理帮助工作。历经五年的探索和实践,在运用心理帮助方法,拓展思想工作领域,丰富思想工作内容和形式方面,取得了一定成效,积累了一些经验。
The party committee of China Development Bank attached great importance to the party’s work in organ construction and clearly put forward the guiding ideology of “doing a good job of building the party, running a good bank and supporting development.” Under the guidance of the party committees under its direct supervision, since 2003, the Party Committee directly under the authority has adhered to the ideological thinking of the employees of the relevant departments and relied on the grassroots Party branches to introduce the foreign ministers and carried out the staff psychological assistance work in the head office organs. After five years of exploration and practice, we have achieved some success and accumulated some experience in using psychological help methods, expanding the field of ideological work and enriching the content and form of ideological work.
