目的了解长治市某矿业集团工人生存质量及其影响因素,为提升企业职工生活质量的合理策略和干预项目提供科学依据。方法随机抽取5大矿区和集团机关在职职工881人,采用自制一般情况调查表、WHOQOL-BREF量表和影响因素调查表,对职工进行入户调查。Epi Data3.1建立数据库,采用SPSS18.0进行t检验、方差分析、logistic回归分析等。结果煤矿职工生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域得分分别为(67.13±11.98)、(64.82±12.71)、(69.37±12.48)和(55.10±11.97)分。自我综合评分为(86.33±9.88)分。单因素和logistic回归分析发现,年龄、工种、个人健康状况、经济收入和住房条件等为是影响煤矿职工生活质量的主要影响因素。结论煤矿职工的生存质量需进一步提高,应从采取加强基层卫生服务,提高职工收入水平,改善职工居住环境等措施提高其生存质量。
Objective To understand the quality of life of workers in a mining group in Changzhi City and its influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for rational strategies and intervention projects to improve the life quality of employees. Methods A total of 881 on-the-job employees were randomly selected from 5 mining areas and the group-owned institutions. Household survey was conducted using the self-made general situation questionnaire, the WHOQOL-BREF scale and the influential factors questionnaire. Epi Data3.1 to establish a database using SPSS18.0 t test, analysis of variance, logistic regression analysis. Results The coal mine workers scored 67.13 ± 11.98, 64.82 ± 12.71, 69.37 ± 12.48 and 55.10 ± 11.97 respectively in physiological, psychological, social and environmental fields. Self comprehensive score was (86.33 ± 9.88) points. Univariate and logistic regression analysis found that age, job type, personal health status, economic income and housing conditions are the main factors affecting the quality of life of coal mine workers. Conclusion The quality of life of coal mine workers needs to be further improved. Measures should be taken to improve their quality of life, such as strengthening primary health care services, raising the income level of workers and improving the living environment of workers and staff.
