随着信息技术和网络技术的发展,图书馆已置身于全球网络环境中,不再是孤立的个体。在这种环境下,大部分读者的需求产生了变化,从传统图书馆纸质馆藏文献转移到了更依赖网上的信息资源的模式下。信息技术和网络技术的发展打破了图书馆的服务模式,对图书馆的服务模式提出了新的挑战。本文通过分析互联网时代图书馆信息服务的特点,提出了更新服务理念、提高馆员素质、深化信息资源的建设、为读者提供人性化服务的服务模式等想法。
With the development of information technology and network technology, libraries are no longer isolated individuals in the global network environment. In this environment, the needs of the majority of readers have changed, shifting away from paper-based collections in traditional library libraries to more reliance on online sources of information. The development of information technology and network technology has broken the service mode of the library and posed new challenges to the service mode of the library. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of library information service in Internet era, this paper puts forward the ideas of updating service concept, improving the quality of librarian, deepening the construction of information resources and providing readers with humanized services.
