以反映低密度脂蛋白(LDL)氧化修饰程度的硫代巴比妥酸反应物质(TBARS)及荧光物质含量为指标,研究了芦丁、槲皮素对已受到Fe ̄(2+)和Cu ̄(2+)氧化修饰LDL的抑制作用。结果表明:槲皮素、芦丁对已受到Fe ̄(2+)氧化修饰LDL有明显的抑制作用,芦丁优于槲皮素;而对已受到Cu ̄(2+)氧化修饰的LDL,槲皮素显示了较为显著的抑制作用,芦丁只具有轻微的作用。
The effects of rutin and quercetin on the cytotoxicity of Fe ~ (2+) and Cu ~ (2+) have been studied by using thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) and fluorescent substances that reflect the degree of oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein (2+) oxidatively modifies the inhibitory effect of LDL. The results showed that quercetin and rutin had a significant inhibitory effect on the oxidation of LDL by Fe 2+ and rutin was superior to quercetin. For LDL, quercetin which had been oxidized by Cu 2+, Su shows a more significant inhibition, rutin has only a slight effect.
