研究的目的在于为优化大容量锅炉灰斗的设计提供依据.根据对灰斗气固两相流的受力分析设计了冷态模化实验,着重研究灰斗简单改型的可行性及分离机理.研究结果发现,重力分离和二次夹带是灰斗气固现象中的主要矛盾,灰斗简单改型可以提高灰斗分离的效率,但工程应用仍需加装专门的分离装置
The purpose of this study is to provide the basis for optimizing the design of large-capacity boiler hopper. Based on the mechanics analysis of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the hopper, the cold mold experiment was designed, and the feasibility and the separation mechanism of the simple retrofit of the ash hopper were studied. The results show that gravity separation and secondary entrainment are the main contradictions in the gas-solid phenomenon of hopper. The simple modification of hopper can improve the efficiency of hopper separation, but the engineering application still needs to install special separation device
