几年来,宾县在发展县域经济的同时,坚持把城乡低保工作作为一项民生工程谋划和推进,精心组织,周密安排,扎实推进,着力解决困难群众的生产生活问题。在开展低保的过程中,适应新情况,解决新问题,工作机制进一步健全,救助能力不断加强,基本实现了应保尽保,为县域经济更好更快发展提供了坚强保障。作为一个典型的农业大县,宾县辖17个乡镇,143个行政村,总人口62万。
Over the past few years, while developing county economy, Binxian insisted that the urban and rural minimum living allowance should be planned and promoted as a livelihood project, meticulously organized and arranged in a down-to-earth manner so as to solve the production and livelihood problems of the people in difficulty. In the process of carrying out minimum living allowance, we have adapted to the new situation, solved new problems, the working mechanism has been further improved, the assistance capability has been continuously strengthened, the basic guarantee has been achieved, and the county economy has provided a strong guarantee for a better and faster economic development. As a typical agricultural county, Binxian administer 17 townships and 143 administrative villages with a total population of 620,000.
