介绍了冬瓜山铜选厂选用美国进口的φ8.53×3.96m半自磨机,自2004年10月试生产两年来,一直未达到设计要求,能耗极高。提出改进出料端衬板结构,在筛孔宽度不变的条件下,筛孔总面积增加到3倍左右,基本解决过粉碎问题;钢球由φ130mm加大到φ175mm,实际混合充填率增加到48%左右,处理量800t/h左右,节电58%左右;钢球加大到φ240mm,又增产50%左右,节能效果更佳。
The paper introduces the φ8.53 × 3.96m semi-autogenous mill which is imported from the United States by the Dongguashan copper processing plant. Since it was put into trial production in October 2004 for two years, the design requirements have not been met and the energy consumption is extremely high.
