几年来,我厂坚持把提高全社会经济效益(包括国家、企业、职工个人、协作单位、广大用户等五个方面的利益),作为经营管理的重要指导思想,取得了较好的效果:(1)上缴国家的利、税大幅度增长。1978～1982年累计,上缴国家利润为4.3亿元,税金1.5亿元,人均上缴利润从63元提高到3,495元。(2)企业用于生产发展的资金不断增长。1980～1982年,用于建设的自筹资金累计达1.5亿元,续建、改造和扩建了几十个大小项目。(3)职工福利得到发展。(4)协作单位
