Our band, choir, ballet and backstage staff work 10 to 12 hours a day. Everyone was called to work at 10 o’clock in the morning. When they arrived at the theater and found out that something might have gone wrong, the director had to change something in the show. Maybe until 4 p.m., important work could start. Everyone has been in a state of exhaustion, especially on the waiting field. Of course, everyone can get overtime pay, but we toss them to the point of collapse,
