目的比较3种青鹏膏剂的体外透皮吸收情况。方法进行体外透皮实验,以没食子酸为含量测定指标成分,采用HPLC法检测透过及滞留在皮肤内的没食子酸含量。结果样品A透皮效果明显优于其他2种市售样品。结论不同基质处方的青鹏膏剂经皮性质差异显著。
Objective To compare the transdermal absorption of three kinds of Qingpeng ointment in vitro. Methods In vitro transdermal experiments were performed. Gallic acid was used as the content of the index components. The content of gallic acid in the skin and retained in the skin was determined by HPLC. Results The transdermal effect of Sample A was significantly better than that of the other two commercially available samples. Conclusion The transdermal properties of Qingpeng plaster with different matrix prescriptions are significantly different.
