急性热性皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征是日本川畸富作于1961年发现,故又称川畸病,我们收集近年经儿科住院确诊10人病例。其中3例首诊我科被误诊,对其口腔表征作一讨论,以供参考。 Acute thermal cutaneous mucosa lymph node syndrome was discovered in 1961 by Kawasuru Koguchi, so it is also called Kawasaki disease. We collected 10 cases confirmed by pediatric inpatients in recent years. Three of them first misdiagnosed diagnosis of our department, a discussion of their oral character for reference.
