自2006年底全国人大常委会审议通过《物权法(草案)》第七稿,并决定提交2007年全国人民代表大会审议以来,盼望草案尽快出台的人士稍稍松了口气:这标志着8年之久的《物权法(草案)》终于有望出台,以对现实层面提出的诸多财产权争议问题的解决提供基本法律依据。
Since the NPC Standing Committee examined and approved the seventh draft of the Real Right Law (Draft) at the end of 2006 and decided to submit it to the National People's Congress for consideration in 2007, the people who hope for the draft to be released as soon as possible are a little relieved: it marks the first time in eight years “Property Law (Draft)” is finally expected to be introduced to provide the basic legal basis for the settlement of many property rights disputes raised at the practical level.
