今年6月27日,《中国工商报》刊登了一则图片新闻,前加拿大外贸部长为“福建——加拿大国际周”经贸活动剪彩,图片说明是:他手拿剪刀,看到崭新的红绸,迟迟不忍下剪。看罢这则新闻,对这位洋大人的“迂腐”印象颇深。 现在的剪彩,似乎已成为一种社会时尚。一项工程开工,一座大型建筑落成,一个单位开业或某项大的活动开始都要剪彩。据说这样做一是可以体现“领导重视”,二是可以制造“轰动效应”。可惜这位洋部长大人对这种活动很不适应,因此,在下剪时显得犹犹豫豫,“无从下手”。 区区几尺红绸,能值几何?这在我们“发展中国家”都算不得什么,何况加拿大那么富有,不必这么“小气”。再说这东西又不是自家的,值得把它看得这样重?就是省下这几尺红绸,能解决我国那么多职工的工资福利和贫困山区小孩上学等问题吗?真是婆婆妈妈,“迂腐”之至。 剪彩是一件名利双收的事情,在鞭炮鼓乐声中,在漂亮小姐和大小“公仆”的簇拥下,你一剪下来,赢来一片掌声,然后报纸有名,电视有形,何等风光!何等潇洒!吃喝招待不必说,临走还可捞个“金剪刀”什么纪念品。个人名利且不论,仅牺牲一匹红绸能为剪彩单位换来那么大的“轰动效应”,就是功德无量的事。再说这种工作又不需承担什么责任,工程质量好坏,企业盈亏全在你们自己,与?
