目的:研究建立岗梅根提取物的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用Phnomenex Gemini C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温25℃,甲醇-0.5%醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,流速1 mL·min-1,洗脱时间60 min。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,通过相似度分析软件确定了10个色谱峰构成岗梅根提取物的特征峰,10批次岗梅根提取物指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上。结论:该分析方法稳定可靠,可为岗梅根提取物的质量评价与控制提供了依据。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprinting of Gum Megan extract. Methods: A Phnomenex Gemini C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The column was eluted with a gradient of methanol and 0.5% acetic acid at 25 ℃. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1. The elution time was 60 min. Results: Under the selected chromatographic conditions, 10 chromatographic peaks were identified by the similarity analysis software to form the characteristic peaks of the Gum Megan extract. The fingerprint similarity of 10 batches of Gum Megan extracts were all above 0.9. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable, which can provide the basis for the quality evaluation and control of Gang Megan extract.
