在分析水利类研究生现有培养模式的基础上,针对地方高校的特点,以服务地方经济和社会发展为目的,以培养应用型创新人才为目标,构建包括基础知识扎实、科学思维开放、创新意识强、科研实践能力扎实等四个方面的研究生培养模式。突出提高地方高校水利类研究生的科研实践能力,让研究生更好地从科研实践中得到锻炼,成为优秀的应用型创新人才,满足地方水利事业和经济发展的需求。
