本文采用透谢电镜和图像分析法，对12侧家兔颞下颌关节内一次性注射肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）后滑膜变化进行了观察。结果表明：颞下颌关节腔内注射肿瘤坏死因子后可引起下列三种变化：①额下颌关节滑膜细胞性内膜层增厚和血管增生；②B型滑膜细胞大量增殖及细胞内结构改变；③对A型滑膜细胞无影响。实验结果提示：肿瘤坏死因子可导致颞下颌关节沿膜结构变化，该变化类似关节滑膜早期退行性变。
In this paper, the changes of synovial membrane in the temporomandibular joint of the 12 rabbits after the single injection of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) were observed by transmission electron microscopy and image analysis. The results showed that: temporomandibular joint intracavitary injection of tumor necrosis factor can cause the following three changes: ① frontal joint synovial cell endometrial thickening and vascular proliferation; ② B synovial cell proliferation and changes in intracellular structure; ③ A-type synovial cells had no effect. The experimental results suggest that tumor necrosis factor (TNF) can cause the changes of temporomandibular joint along the membrane structure, which is similar to the early degenerative joint synovial changes.
