本文对维生素C(VC)测试探索用高效液相色谱法的内标法,得到了满意的效果。用荧光法对VC的测试条件作了优选,并对饮料中VC在保存期中的损失率,作了间隔时间的数次测试观察。
In this paper, vitamin C (VC) test to explore the use of high performance liquid chromatography internal standard method, and obtained satisfactory results. Fluorescence method was used to optimize the test conditions of VC, and the loss rate of VC in the storage period of the beverage was tested several times at intervals.
