中长跑是一项发展耐力的典型项目,经常进行中长跑练习,对改善学生内脏器官机能,增强学生体质有积极作用,而且对培养学生顽强、坚毅、刻苦、耐劳等意志品质也有一定的意义。但是,一提起中长跑,学生们几乎都有一定程度的恐惧心理。为了帮助他们克服这种错误倾向,培养起对中长跑的兴趣和良好习惯,我们采取了以下五点做法,效果很好,不仅树起了人人自觉参加中长跑活动的风气,而且促进了早锻炼和课外体育活动开展,并且有效地提高了学生们的耐力素质,全校学生耐力跑项目及格率达到99%。 1.结合课堂教学,利用游戏活动培养学生对中长
