目的总结白塞氏病合并动脉瘤治疗后复发的治疗经验,并且对手术方式和药物治疗进行探讨。方法 2013-03至2014-12收治2例白塞氏病合并股动脉瘤反复发生患者,最终采用杂交手术方式,直接暴露穿刺人工血管或覆膜支架进行腔内隔绝术。结果 2例患者术后疗效满意,无围手术期并发症,分别随访18个月和8个月,无动脉瘤再发。结论针对白塞氏病合并复发性动脉瘤,利用腔内隔绝技术结合手术暴露合适的穿刺部位,以及药物综合治疗,能取得较好的治疗效果并降低术后并发症。
Objective To summarize the treatment experience of Behcet’s disease with aneurysm recurrence after treatment, and to explore the surgical methods and drug treatment. Methods Two patients with Behcet ’s disease complicated with aneurysm were treated from 2013-03 to 2014-12. Finally, the patients underwent endovascular excision by means of hybrid surgery and direct exposure of the penetrating artificial blood vessel or stent graft. Results Two patients were satisfied with the curative effect after operation. There were no perioperative complications. The patients were followed up for 18 months and 8 months respectively without aneurysm recurrence. Conclusion For Behcet’s disease complicated with recurrent aneurysms, the use of endovascular exclusion combined with surgical exposure of the appropriate puncture site, and drug treatment can achieve better therapeutic effect and reduce postoperative complications.
