本实验测定了卡介苗免疫后家兔肺泡巨噬细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞内几种酶活性。结果表明肺泡巨噬细胞内ACP、SDH、NSE含量高于腹腔巨噬细胞:而LDH低于腹腔巨噬细胞。卡介苗活化后两种巨噬细胞的ACP、SDH、NSE含量有明显增加。肺泡巨噬细胞的LDH也有明显增加,而腹腔巨噬细胞LDH则变化不明显。结果证实卡介苗活化提高了巨噬细胞的杀伤能力,但未改变其代谢途径。本实验为活化巨噬细胞的进一步研究提供了细胞化学基础。
In this experiment, we measured the activity of several enzymes in rabbits alveolar macrophages and peritoneal macrophages after BCG immunization. The results showed that the contents of ACP, SDH and NSE in alveolar macrophages were higher than those in peritoneal macrophages: LDH was lower than that in peritoneal macrophages. The ACP, SDH and NSE contents of the two macrophages after BCG activation were significantly increased. The LDH of alveolar macrophages also increased obviously, while the changes of LDH of peritoneal macrophages did not change obviously. The results confirmed that BCG activation increased the killing capacity of macrophages, but did not change its metabolic pathway. This experiment provides the basis of cytochemistry for further research on activating macrophages.
